J&J subsidiary LTL Management filed a bankruptcy plan in New Jersey late on Monday that outlines how the firm intends to pay for different types of cancer victims in a bankruptcy settlement. April 13 2023 Update: biggest news is the $8.9 billion over the course of 25 years settlement offer. The funders’ involvement is public information because of the New Jersey court rule requiring the disclosure of certain information about funding sources outside of the.
