The involvement of funders is public knowledge due to the New Jersey court rule requiring the release of certain details about funders outside the state. The rules aim to tackle the growing demands for regulation of the litigation funders. J&J has more than 60,000 claims when you add up federal and state child powder-related lawsuits.
