April 13 2023 update: the major news is the $8.9 billion over the next 25 year period settlement offered. Despite all the legal jargon, J&J does not really believe this bankruptcy will be able to last. However, it’s a means of pushing this $8.9 billion settlement and keep the pressure on plaintiffs.
