J&J subsidiaries LTL Management filed a bankruptcy plan in New Jersey late on Monday that details how the company plans to pay different kinds of cancer sufferers in an arrangement for bankruptcy. Hyperbole is not exempt attorneys representing the victims claim this the biggest “fraudulent transfer of assets in United States history.”

The involvement of the funders is publicly available because of a New Jersey court rule requiring the release of certain details about outside funding backers. The rule aims to tackle the growing demands for the regulation of lawsuit funders. February 25 2023 Update This morning, a Congressmen from Tennessee is now demanding that the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO) launch an investigation to determine how much J&J talc products have cost the government over the decades.
In a recent letter to the GAO, Rep.
