J&J company subsidiary LTL Management filed a bankruptcy plan in New Jersey late on Monday that outlines how the firm will pay various types of cancer victims in the bankruptcy settlement. Johnson & Johnson asserts that bankruptcy is the only option to settle both present and future talc-related lawsuits definitively.
