April 10, 2023 update: Bloomberg has an interesting article on a new law of New Jersey that is shedding new light on litigation funding in the baby powder class action lawsuit. Funders for litigation Virage Capital Management and TRGP Capital invested in hundreds of lawsuits that were brought against Johnson & Johnson (J&J) on behalf of talc products.
