J&J subsidiaries LTL Management filed a bankruptcy plan in New Jersey late on Monday that outlines how the firm plans to pay different kinds of cancer victims in a bankruptcy settlement. Johnson & Johnson asserts that bankruptcy is the only means to deal with both present and future talc litigations in a definitive manner.
