J&J affiliate LTL Management filed a bankruptcy plan in New Jersey late on Monday that details how the company plans to pay different kinds of cancer patients in the bankruptcy settlement. Johnson & Johnson asserts that bankruptcy is the only way to settle both present and future talc-related lawsuits definitively.
